FF&E Move and Installations

Venture Logistics is a licensed and insured moving and installation company that specializes in FF&E for new construction and renovations. We work with hotels, restaurants, stadiums, cruise lines, schools, universities and other institutions. We will receive your FF&E inventory in advance, store until your site is ready and move / install your goods based on your plans and installation instructions. We’ll provide progress reports along the way and resolve any issues that present themselves.

• Receive FF&E materials at the warehouse

• Enter each receipt in our WMS system giving visibility to customer

• Report and overages, shortages and damages and note exceptions on the trucker bill of ladings

• Store goods in the warehouse on pallet racks and/or on floor depending on the size

• Pull the FF&E according to installation project plan and load onto trucks (w/ packing list).

• Offload and receive the FF&E onsite with the necessary equipment (lift gate, dollies, pallet jacks, panel carts, blankets, etc.)

• Unbox and install the FF&E according to plans and room inventory list

• Remove debris including boxes, plastic and floor
